Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator I to oversee administrative tasks for a large community in Texas. The role supports service requests, preventive maintenance, move-ins/outs, renewals, and project management while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of multi-family or related property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks for a large community or group of communities.
• Support service requests, preventive maintenance, move-ins/outs, renewals, and project management.
• Enter, track, and close service requests and follow up on issues.
• Prepare resident communications and lease paperwork.
• Assist with office and maintenance purchasing and document control.
