Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to keep the Branch clean and in good working order for our residents. The role emphasizes safety, timely maintenance, and coordination with outside services as needed to maintain move-in readiness and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid, and demonstrate strong multitasking and communication abilities. We offer full-time employment with a broad benefits package and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence reflecting the quality of care for residents.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks promptly.
• Address maintenance issues and coordinate with the Director for outside services as needed.
• Ensure move-in readiness of apartments within 3 days after move-out.
• Assist in arranging service contracts and bids as assigned.
• Complete items from Maintenance Request forms promptly.
• Manage the Preventive Maintenance Schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Order supplies and chemicals as assigned.
• Identify and respond to emergency situations using Bickford procedures.
• Ensure equipment is safe and properly used, with PPE as required.
• Perform scheduled Resident Monitoring System and Exit Door inspections.
