Job summary

JSX is seeking a Maintenance Control Technician to ensure maximum aircraft availability by coordinating with Mission Control on maintenance events. You will oversee maintenance using people, parts, and processes to support fleet safety and reliability.

Your role includes evaluating discrepancies, recommending corrective actions, and tracking status across ETRs, parts, and work orders in real time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with maintenance reference materials and manuals is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Mission Control on maintenance events and deferrals.
• Analyze service history and manuals to recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor Aircraft Out of Service systems and update related records.
• Alert leadership to issues affecting fleet performance and reliability.
• Perform technical service tasks and special projects as directed.
• Maintain training compliance to stay fully qualified.
