Job summary

JSX is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance personnel and oversee all aircraft servicing to ensure safety and regulatory compliance at BUR. You will manage day‑to‑day maintenance operations, coordinate MELs, and ensure efficient hangar operations.

You will supervise the team, perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, and uphold Traxxall documentation with a strong focus on safety and customer experience. Some flexibility in shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High level of safety and FAA compliance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; A&P certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign tasks for maintenance staff and review MELs.
• Conduct daily maintenance briefings and coordinate parts orders.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and sign off maintenance actions.
• Log all maintenance activities in Traxxall and maintain traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe hangar and oversee tools and equipment.
