Job summary

JSX is seeking a Maintenance Control Technician to ensure maximum safe and compliant aircraft availability by coordinating with Mission Control on all maintenance-related events. You will oversee maintenance through people, parts, and processes, contributing to the fleet’s safety and reliability.

Your role is fast-paced and collaborative, focusing on keeping our fleet mission-ready. You will monitor systems, recommend corrective actions, and support training and compliance to uphold safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of line maintenance/technical operations with a Part 121 or 135 operator.
• Experience using maintenance reference materials (Maintenance Manuals, IPC, MELs, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance with Mission Control and JSX Maintenance to evaluate discrepancies.
• Recommend corrective actions based on service history and manuals.
• Monitor Aircraft Out of Service applications, ETds, parts, and work status.
• Alert Maintenance Leadership on issues impacting fleet reliability.
• Provide technical support for special projects and training requirements.
