Job summary

JSX is seeking a Technical Services Controller in Dallas to coordinate maintenance actions, monitor aircraft history, and drive timely resolutions for chronic issues. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will work with Engineering, Maintenance Control, and Planning to prioritize tasks and ensure clear repair instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of line maintenance or Technical Operations experience with aviation operator.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate with no violations.
• Experience using aircraft maintenance reference materials and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely maintenance actions with Engineering, Maintenance Control, and Planning.
• Monitor aircraft history and maintenance data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Generate Technical Services Items to support troubleshooting and repair of issues.
• Ensure repair instructions are issued promptly for chronic discrepancies.
• Provide technical troubleshooting using manuals and reference materials.
• Maintain database for Operationally Significant Items and track events to resolution.
• Collaborate across Technical Operations to share findings and priorities.
