Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Maintenance Control / Service Desk Coordinator to serve as the front door of the maintenance operation at Fort Campbell North, KY. You will handle phone and web requests, triage, dispatch, and keep residents updated while coordinating with barracks management.

This role requires 2+ years in dispatch or service desk, experience with CMMS or ticketing systems, and the ability to work in an on-site, on-call environment that

Qualificações

• 2+ years of dispatch/service desk/maintenance control with CMMS or ticketing system.
• Calm, clear phone manner with Soldiers and leadership.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take and enter phone and assisted requests with location, symptoms and access.
• Monitor automated work routing; escalate misroutes and unacknowledged work.
• Send approved status updates to residents and manage access windows.
• Maintain the coverage roster and on-call schedule; log after-hours calls.
• Produce daily open-ticket and aging reports for operations review.
• Log every call and request per established standards; follow escalation for emergencies.
• Protect resident information and privacy practices.
