Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead day-to-day field maintenance operations for barracks and housing facilities on the installation. The role owns dispatch, emergency coverage, technician qualifications and the daily field plan.

You will manage multi-craft teams (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), coach staff, and drive first-time-fix performance while ensuring safety and compliance on a DoD installation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multi-craft facilities maintenance experience.
• 5+ years supervising crews of 15+ in residential, lodging or installation facilities.
• DoD installation experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet response-time standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the daily field plan and zone assignments.
• Lead emergency response and manage on-call rotation.
• Ensure licensed work is performed only by licensed staff.
• Coach technicians on complete mobile work-order closeout.
• Coordinate occupied-room access with barracks management.
• Review repeat visits and drive first-time-fix improvements.
• Build crew schedules and review timekeeping.
• Lead investigations of incidents and ensure corrective actions.
