Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team coaching experience.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance execution for AM93, coordinating technician workloads for timely completion.
Drive adherence to EHS standards, maintenance procedures, documentation practices, and PM strategies.
Coach and develop maintenance technicians to build technical capability and leadership readiness.
Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
Monitor maintenance performance and drive improvements in MTTR, OEE, and uptime.
