Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or coaching maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Knowledge of preventive and reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams in preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency activities.
• Ensure safety compliance, LOTO, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize work based on production schedules and risks.
• Coordinate handoffs and report equipment status to Production Leadership.
• Drive reliability improvements through planning and execution.
• Develop team capability with coaching and training plans.
• Foster accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Support troubleshooting and rapid response to minimize downtime.
• Lead safety investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure mandatory training across the team.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
