Job summary

Culver's in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Porter/Facilities Technician to keep our dining rooms and equipment in top condition. You’ll open doors, perform routine upkeep, and support the kitchen with safe, fresh ingredients, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and team members.

This role offers on-the-job training, a family-owned team atmosphere, and opportunities for growth. You’ll handle cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs, rotate inventory, and help maintain safety standards

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
