Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Manager of Maintenance and Automation Solutions to lead the lifecycle of maintenance and automation across two large-scale distribution centers.

The role focuses on equipment reliability, safety, and cost‑efficient performance, with collaboration across IT, facilities, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will oversee teams of engineers and technicians, drive continuous improvement, and manage budgets while aligning with corporate goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 10+ years in maintenance, automation, or engineering in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, and related control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Develop and manage a roadmap for maintenance and automation systems.
• Lead a team of supervisors and technicians, with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and testing/validation procedures.
