Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering or maintenance experience.
• Engineering degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a three‑shift maintenance team to meet safety and production goals.
• Ensure CMMS tracks work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and performance data.
• Collaborate with HR on interviewing, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines for improvements.
