Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. seeks a dedicated Community Life Associate to plan and deliver engaging activity programs for residents. You will foster wellness, build meaningful relationships, and support a vibrant daily life on our campus.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, are computer literate, and have a passion for seniors. The role includes weekend shifts and holidays, with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus.
• Experience in resident programming preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a well-rounded Community Life program for residents.
• Support wellness-centered activities and build meaningful resident relationships.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure engaging daily programming and events.
