Watermark Retirement Communities in Media, PA is seeking a maintenance associate to join our team, focused on ensuring safe, functional spaces for residents and staff. In this role, you’ll perform routine upkeep, respond to work orders, and help maintain a welcoming, well-maintained environment across our communities.

Requirements include at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting, ability to work weekends and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Able to complete work orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
