Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a maintenance associate to support our Rochester, NY communities. If you have experience in a commercial maintenance role and a passion for serving seniors, we want to meet you.

The position requires weekend and holiday shifts, ability to complete work orders, strong communication, organization, and reliable transportation. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience are a plus, with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Able to complete work orders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
