You will handle work orders, perform make-ready tasks, and assist with HVAC, furnaces, plumbing, and pool equipment upkeep. On-call rotation is part of the role, with opportunities to grow within apartment maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing knowledge required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Experience with work order systems preferred.

Tarantino Properties is currently seeking Maintenance Assistants in Grand Prairie, TX / Arlington, TX.

This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in apartment maintenance while working alongside an experienced maintenance team.

Essential Functions:

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
• Pool certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
