Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX and Arlington, TX. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
