Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX / Arlington, TX.

The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team. Essential functions include responding to service requests promptly, resolving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, preparing

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
