ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to manage the community’s physical plant, grounds and equipment, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff. The role emphasizes on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance (mowing, weeding, raking, trimming, snow shoveling), minor repairs and painting, lifting and moving equipment, heavy scrubbing and waxing, sprinkler and filter care, and attending in-service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
