Job summary

North Health & Rehab Center in the Columbus area is seeking a Maintenance staff member to help ensure Life Safety Code compliance and keep the facility's physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in good working order. The role requires a high school diploma; one year of maintenance/painting experience is preferred.

This full-time daytime position offers $25.00 per hour wage with benefits and opportunities for growth. Program details vary by facility; EOE and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience in maintenance/painting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance and maintain the community's physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice per community policies and procedures.
