Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3 to 6 months related job experience or training
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 pounds regularly
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the general upkeep of buildings and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on Heinzerling vehicles
• Perform minor repairs within facilities and on grounds
• Consult with Maintenance Technician II and Maintenance Supervisors regarding major repairs and safety concerns
