Job summary

Apploi is seeking a part-time, temporary painter to support our skilled nursing facility team in Ohio. The role involves assisting the Maintenance Director to keep the facility’s life safety code and physical plant well-maintained, with attention to health and infection control policies. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Shift & Wage:

• Part-Time, Temporary Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: Varies
• Wage: $18.00 per hour
