Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in the Columbus area seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the Life Safety Code compliance and keep the facility, equipment, and grounds in good working order. You will assist the Maintenance Director and follow policies to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Full-time daytime shifts available. Wage is $25.00 per hour. Must be a high school graduate with at least one year of maintenance/painting experience; facility training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience in maintenance/painting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in Life Safety Code compliance and keep the facility, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• One (1) year experience in maintenance/painting preferred.
