Job summary

Hartwell Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to support the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance and the smooth operation of the physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities. You will work within a team to uphold policies and regulatory standards across the facility.

The role offers full-time hours, daytime shifts, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, people-focused environment at a recognized care center in Garner, NC.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance, preferably in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in preserving Life Safety Code compliance and the health and safety of the building.
• Support upkeep of the physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities in accordance with policies and regulations.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed: 9:00a - 5:30p

• Wage: $18.00 per hour
