This Maintenance Assistant role supports the Maintenance Director to ensure Life Safety Code compliance, proper upkeep of the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities, and adherence to health and infection control policies.

The position requires a high school diploma, offers a Full-Time schedule with flexible days/hours and some weekends.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications
