This position is responsible for ensuring resident and staff safety by performing repairs to the buildings and furnishings, as well as maintaining the grounds, including lawn care and snow removal.

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age required; HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in maintenance preferred
• References to verify competency required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Valid New York Driver's License and clean driving record required
