Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, working to keep operations running smoothly and residents’ quality of life high.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to work independently or in a team, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

Maintenance Assistant Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, including one weekend per month
