Job summary

LADACIN Network in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Technician for both full-time and part-time roles. The position requires general repair skills, plumbing, cleaning, and the ability to lift and move heavy items; driving an agency vehicle between Ocean and Monmouth counties will be required.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NJ driver’s license, plus at least 21 years old to drive, are mandatory. A sign-on bonus is offered: $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time.

• Experience in general repair, plumbing, cleaning, lifting and moving.

Responsibilities

• Complete electronic work orders through a cell phone.

The Position

Full time and Part time positions available at a LADACIN Network. Experience in general repair skills, plumbing, cleaning, lifting and moving required. Position may include travel around Ocean and Monmouth County facilities in agency vehicle as scheduled. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid NJ driver’s license, and at least 21 years old to drive. Good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential. Must be able to complete electronic work orders through a cell phone. Sign on bonus provided - $1,000 full-time and $500 part-time ..

The Location:

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is either Monmouth or Ocean county.
