LADACIN Network in Neptune, NJ is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional – Driver to join our Residential Services team. Position Summary

LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional – Driver to join our Residential Services team in Neptune, NJ. This is a full-time, 40-Hour, Monday–Friday position with a schedule of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

The Direct Support Professional – Driver provides care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities while safely transporting individuals to and from their day program using an agency vehicle. This position also assists individuals with daily living activities based on their individual needs while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to and from their day program using an agency vehicle.
• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Follow all traffic laws and agency transportation policies.
• Provide direct care and support based on each individual's needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Promote independence, community inclusion, and person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive agency vehicles.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Training provided.
