Job summary

LADACIN Network in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Technician for both full-time and part-time roles. The position requires general repair skills, plumbing, cleaning, and the ability to lift and move heavy items; driving an agency vehicle between Ocean and Monmouth counties will be required.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NJ driver’s license, plus at least 21 years old to drive, are mandatory. A sign-on bonus is offered: $1,000 for full-time and $500 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and age 21 or older.
• Experience in general repair, plumbing, cleaning, lifting and moving.

Responsibilities

• Complete electronic work orders through a cell phone.
• Travel to Ocean and Monmouth County facilities as scheduled.
