LADACIN Network in Monmouth County, NJ, is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals/Drivers to join our Adult Day Program. This full-time role supports adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities by assisting with daily activities, community participation, and transportation needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years old to drive.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in daily activities and community participation.
• Assist with transportation needs for program participants.
• Provide compassionate, dependable direct support in a day-program setting.
• Participate in training as needed; commitment to safety and quality of care.
