Director of Operations
8 hours per day, 5 days per week, must be able to work Saturdays in a rotating schedule based on program needs. This is an hourly non-exempt position. On an Emergency Basis: Can be called in to work in the event of an emergency for example, inclement weather, structural or systems damage on properties, etc.
$20/Hr
High school diploma/GED and a willingness to learn maintenance tasks. Working knowledge of tools and maintenance methods. Must have a driver's license, which is valid in the State of New Jersey and points on license not to exceed 5 points. Required to drive agency vehicles.
This position performs all maintenance type tasks at the direction of the Director of Operations or designee. The employee will cooperate with the agency's administration, Catholic Charities, Diocese of Paterson and/or Division of Developmental Disabilities and the Department staff in any inspection, investigation or inquiry.
