Mission Chateau Senior Living Community in Prairie Village, KS is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. You will perform maintenance tasks to keep the facility compliant with federal, state, and local codes, and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and staff.

We value a proactive, reliable professional with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems, and a passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred.
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• A fire and passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance with regulations.
• Maintain the facility to be sanitary, attractive and in good repair, free from hazards.
