Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Grand Meadows Senior Living and Health Care in Asbury, IA. You will support the maintenance department to keep the facility safe, clean, and in good repair, addressing electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and prior maintenance experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance and upkeep within the LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
