Job summary

Fundamental in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to support the facility's safety, upkeep and appearance. You will assist the Maintenance Director and work across trades to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and a valid driver's license. HVAC certification is a plus and healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; HVAC certification a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
• Maintenance experience preferred, especially in a healthcare facility.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times
• Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required
• Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus
• Knowledge of safety regulations required
• Reliable source of transportation and valid driver's license required
• Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility
