Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow in a career in residential maintenance.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential service requests.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce costly breakdowns.
• Document time sheets and maintenance logs accurately.
• Assist with snow removal during winter.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with residents and staff.
