Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. offers a 90-day paid Maintenance Apprenticeship in Green Bay, WI, with training and advancement to a Maintenance Technician I upon completion.

A $1,000 bonus is awarded after successfully finishing the apprenticeship and becoming a permanent employee. Training occurs in the Green Bay area, and the company has a long history of growth with opportunities across Wisconsin, Illinois, and North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow in a career of residential maintenance.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance required.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 lbs. required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential service requests.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent untimely breakdowns.
• Coordinate with property manager and maintenance team; document time and logs.
• Assist groundskeepers with landscaping and keeping common areas clean.
• Use maintenance materials and equipment properly; assist with snow removal in winter.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with residents and coworkers.
