Job summary

CBRE is offering a Maintenance Technician Apprentice program in Racine, WI. This full-time permanent role includes a 1-year training period with benefits, performing preventive maintenance and basic repairs under close supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, and basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC, along with digital literacy and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read and interpret instructions and communicate findings clearly.
• Digital literacy with work order systems, email, ESS, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes and safety directives for building operations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Assist in fixing building systems including lighting, plumbing, roofs, and HVAC.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of property and engineering spaces.
• Assist with office moves and furniture setup.
