Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow in residential maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Document time sheets and maintenance logs accurately.
• Assist with snow removal and maintain grounds and common areas.
