Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2027 Maintenance Excellence Data Analyst/Industrial Engineer Co-op in Essex Junction, VT. You will transform production, maintenance, and quality data into dashboards and actionable insights, partnering with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive performance.

The role focuses on reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, MDS, SQL, and Excel to support decision-making in highly automated manufacturing environments. Onsite, full-time, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate in a full-time academic program.
• Major in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience with data analytics, BI reporting, or manufacturing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from manufacturing systems (MDS, MES, Tableau, SCADA, PLC, ERP, QMS, CMMS).
• Design and maintain PM dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Analyze maintenance trends and perform root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions and train users on data interpretation.
