Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Fall 2027 Quality Engineer Co-op in Essex, VT. You will gain hands-on experience in daily management systems, TPM implementation, and lean initiatives while supporting safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will work cross-functionally, develop project documentation, and prepare reports for senior leaders. This paid co-op runs July–December, with a 40-hour week, on-site schedule, and a $31/hour pay with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled full-time in Engineering or manufacturing-related program.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI and data trending experience preferred.
• SolidWorks and 3D printing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS for day-to-day operations, new equipment startups, and product qualifications.
• Assist with TPM implementation and Lean activities, including Kaizen events and improving maintenance workstreams.
• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, production, and cost targets.
• Prepare standard reports to communicate results to all levels including senior management.
• Undertake basic project tasks: writing/verifying specs, documenting processes, testing equipment and materials.
• Contribute to problem solving, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze downtime data and maintain action plans using lean methods.
• Collect savings data on improvement projects.
• Recommend methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
