Job summary

Overhill Farms, a maintenance-focused facility, seeks a Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support for the maintenance department across facilities, plant and production. You will update the COGZ system and assist in processing workflow paperwork, invoicing, and recordkeeping, while coordinating with buyers and planners on POs and PM work orders.

The role involves timekeeping, payroll support, and ensuring accuracy of billing and inventory data across Plant 1 and Plant 2.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Maintenance Managers to meet department objectives.

• Assist with timekeeping and payroll correspondence for maintenance staff.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inventories, and evaluate new equipment.
