Job summary

The Program Supervisor I (Maintenance Administrative Coordinator) at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s Plant Maintenance department supervises administrative and financial activities for the maintenance group at San Antonio State Hospital. You’ll train staff, oversee HR tasks, and manage CAFM-based work orders in a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising administrative and financial tasks in a health care setting.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CAFM and CAPS systems.
• Ability to train staff and manage performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine administrative and supervisory program work for the Maintenance Department.
• Supervises and trains Maintenance Staff in complex computer programs and HR tasks.
• Oversees facility HR tasks and other financial recording requirements.
• Inputs and directs the input of work orders, job orders, and preventive maintenance orders into the CAFM system.
• Maintains records pertaining to the CAPS system and capital asset planning.
