Qualifications

• Basic office administration skills and ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance systems is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred and will be supported to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Completes and processes work orders and purchase orders for management approval.
• Interacts with technicians and vendors to resolve deficiencies via in person, phone, fax, and email.
• Oversees workflow processes and data retrieval through CMMS and reporting tools.
• Maintains and tracks part inventories, including movement and barcoding.
• Researches pricing and quality options for goods based on needs and criticality.
• Tracks spend to budget through contracting and payment ledgers.
