Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Support Representative to assist the Facility Maintenance Manager and technicians with day-to-day operations. You will process work orders and purchase orders, manage CMMS reports, and oversee parts inventory.

The role requires 2 years in maintenance support, strong data entry and office software skills, and forklift certification is preferred. Training will be provided for certification if needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required. An Associate’s degree in Office Administration is preferred.
• Two years of experience supporting equipment maintenance and repair workflows.
• Forklift Certification preferred and may be required after hire; company will assist obtaining.

Mansioni

• Completes work order forms and prepares for management approval, coordinating with technicians and vendors.
• Completes contract and purchase order forms and tracks delivery and receipts.
• Oversees data entry and retrieval of information via CMMS reports and queries.
• Maintains part inventories and performs physical movements and barcoding.
• Assists in researching best pricing and quality options for goods and services.
• Tracks spend to budget through contracting and payment ledgers.
• Maintains contract, spending, and safety documents per policy; trains new maintenance personnel as needed.
