Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant machinery, tools and facility equipment.
• Assist with general building maintenance and facility upkeep as needed.
• Identify potential equipment problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Job Description

Associated Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Fairbury, NE! This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and experience maintaining manufacturing equipment. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends and opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine maintenance, diagnose equipment issues and complete mechanical repairs to keep manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Some general building and facility maintenance may also be required.

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $19/hr depending on experience. Hours: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM. No weekends! Performance Reviews: After 60 days, 6 months and annually thereafter.
