Associated Staffing Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Kearney, NE to keep manufacturing operations running safely and reliably by maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting production machinery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, with hands-on skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to work independently. Overtime may be required on Fridays or Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Install, relocate and remove production equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Accurately document work and labor using the IFS ERP system.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance practices.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Pay: $21 $22+/hour, depending on experience. Location: Kearney, NE. Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM. Overtime: Fridays or Saturdays when required.

Pay starts at $21 $22/hour and may be higher for candidates with strong industrial maintenance experience.

What You ll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you ll help keep manufacturing operations running safely, reliably and efficiently by maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting production machinery and equipment.

• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Install, relocate and remove production equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Identify equipment problems and complete necessary repairs.
• Support safe and efficient production operations.
• Accurately document completed work and labor using the IFS ERP system.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintenance practices.
