Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor in Norfolk, VA to oversee daily property upkeep, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure prompt preparation of vacant units.

The role emphasizes safety, resident service, and curb appeal within a team-driven environment. Qualifications include 4+ years in multifamily maintenance, EPA certifications, a valid license, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Competenze

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• CAMT and CPO certifications may be required within the first six (6) months of employment (RPS will pay for these if applicable)
• Ability to work well in a team environment, excellent resident service skills, and a penchant for curb appeal
• Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Aspire at Church Street, Norfolk, VA

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a standard lunch. Weekend rotation required.

• Competitive base hourly pay with automatic quarterly pay increases following the initial 90 days of service

Key Qualifications:

Primarily looking for candidates with 4+ years' experience in multifamily maintenance, including supervisory or lead experience. EPA Section 608 Type I and II or EPA Universal certification and a valid Driver's License are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Education:

Experience:

• Minimum four (4+) years of maintenance experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, or Maintenance Technician II
• Experience managing maintenance operations in apartment communities
• Experience with Yardi software products a plus

Skills & Certifications:
