Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Porter for Aspire at Church Street in Norfolk, VA. You’ll help maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas, presenting a welcoming, pristine community for residents.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll report safety concerns, interact with residents positively, and grow with a company that rewards reliability with quarterly raises and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing is a bonus
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your time and work independently

Skills & Certifications:

• Valid Driver's License required
